Seaside Realty is located at 322 South Holladay, just a block south of Broadway on the Necanicum River. Our market area includes all of Clatsop County and part of Tillamook County. We are members of the Clatsop Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and have access to all the properties listed with every firm in the area. Mary Howard, our Principal Broker, has been in the real estate industry since 1982 and has vast experience in all areas of the market. Mary works in residential, multi-family and commercial and investment properties. She is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, Managing Broker for our firm, and an active listing and selling agent. In her free time Mary is a perpetual tourist, a big fan of all the wonderful sites and activities of our Coastal Community. She is an avid gardener and very involved in training and showing her three cocker spaniels at dog shows throughout the northwest. She is a girl of many interests and capabilities. Tom Russell has spent his entire working career in the service of others. Tom has been an ocean lifeguard supervisor rescue boat operator, a police officer, and a teacher. He attended Scripps Institute of Oceanography, obtained a B.A. in Elementary Education and an M.A. in Education from Central Washington University, is a graduate of the Washington State Police Academy, and most recently a graduate of the Realtors Institute. Tom took another path in serving his community when he got his real estate license in 2000 and turned his attention to helping people find, purchase, and sell homes and investment properties along the North Oregon Coast. Tom has brought to Seaside Realty a friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to be of help. When asked to provide a bio for this website, Tom ended his resume’ with the following:
