Seaside Realty is located at 322 South Holladay, just a block south of Broadway on the Necanicum River. Our market area includes all of Clatsop County and part of Tillamook County. Mary Howard, our Principal Broker, has been in the real estate industry since 1982 and has vast experience in all areas of the market. Mary works in residential, multi-family and commercial and investment properties. She is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, Managing Broker for our firm, and an active listing and selling agent. In her free time Mary is a perpetual tourist, a big fan of all the wonderful sites and activities of our Coastal Community. She is an avid gardener and very involved in training and showing her three cocker spaniels at dog shows throughout the northwest. She is a girl of many interests and capabilities.
